Ann Salsbury, CNVC Certified Trainer, CPCC
Ann has over two decades of experience resolving conflict and building teams in the corporate and NGO worlds, working inside and along side such organizations as Amnesty International, The Multiple Sclerosis Society, Youth For Understanding (YFU), ESSEC Business School and Wells Fargo Bank.
A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Certified Trainer from the international Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC), Ann has completed Leadership Programs with both The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and Nonviolent Communication (NVC). She is currently on the facilitation team supporting trainings around the world in mediation using NVC. Ann also co-created a year long program that launched in 2011 to empower people to create workplaces where collaboration is both possible and a priority.
Previously, Ann was a senior program manager for several multi-million dollar technology efforts in Wells Fargo Bank, one of the Top 50 US corporations. She also directed national and local fundraising and development efforts in multiple NGOs in the US and Australia.
An American, Ann has worked/traveled extensively in the US, Europe, Africa, Australia, Asia and the Middle East. She is presently living in Paris, France.
