    Nathalie Ducray, ORSC-Certified, ACC

    After 15 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the media industry, Nathalie Ducray dedicates her positive energy and her natural empathy to coach and train individuals and teams, and help them forwarding actions, increasing their performance while preserving their well-being. Initially trained in Edhec Business School, Nathalie has held varied positions ranging from Key Account Manager, Sales Director, Deputy Marketing Director, for French major organizations such as France Télécom, Canal+, TDF.

    She had major achievements in key accounts management, business development, product management, design and launch of new products and services, as well as people and projects management. Through her various experiences, she has always appreciated and she has always been appreciated for her natural gift for human relationship, and she seamlessly moved to coaching and training two years ago.
    Trained to CTI Co-Active Coaching and to CRR Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC certified), Nathalie is ACC, Associate Certified Coach by ICF (International Coach Federation).

    Nathalie cofounded FORSC, a company dedicated to support individuals and team in the Corporate Word, aiming to contribute to a better work place where balancing performance and wellness is a Must. FORSC is providing individual coaching, team coaching and training, depending on the companies’ requirements as well as the needs detected by a preliminary assessment. One of FORSC‘s key asset is its systemic approach, a cutting-edge methodology for its customers.

    In addition to her corporate activities, Nathalie is delivering courses to the EDHEC business school (leadership program, management skills, project management, and relationship intelligence) and in the ISEP engineering school (corporate organization, relationship intelligence), and she also devotes some time to lead a project coaching two classrooms of teenagers in discriminated social environment.
