    Peace Leadership From The Inside Out, February 22-25, 2018

    What is the Conference About?

    The second Peace Leadership Conference–India created by the Deeper Peace Leadership Institute (DLI) is designed to bring together global peace practitioners, academicians, educators, and other interested parties in the broad area of peace leadership; to experience fellowship, collaboration, and connection as we examine the nexus of peace and leadership.  The agenda will start with a focus on Peace Leadership From The Inside and then flow into Peace Leadership From The Outside.

    NOTE: This experience is limited and rooms will be released in blocks of 20, so please register early to ensure a successful registration.

    The nearest airport is Dehradun, and the nearest cities are Haridwar and Rishikesh. You can fly into New Delhi airport and then either take a connecting flight to Dehradun or take a 6-7 hour taxi ride directly to the conference site.

    EARLY BIRD: $299 USD includes*:

    *After January 15, 2018 the conference price is $399 USD.

    NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER December 31, 2017. 

    VERY IMPORTANT: Please make sure your passport is valid for 6 months after your departure date from India and then please apply for your Indian visa ASAP.  You can apply for an e-visa, which means you apply from the US and you receive it once you arrive in India, but this is valid for only one visit and sometimes there is a lengthy waiting time upon arrival in India for visa processing.  It is recommended that you apply for a 10-year multiple entry visa in the more traditional manner and thus you will have your visa in your passport before departing the US.  Obtaining this visa can take 4-6 weeks.

    ALSO, you will need the address and phone number of the conference for the visa application.  

    ***Additionally, keep the conference address and phone number information with you in flight.  When you arrive in India, you will need to fill out an additional form and you MUST have the address and phone number handy before you will be allowed into the country.
