Dawn Brewer, MA

Dawn Brewer is a respected leadership consultant with more than twenty years experience in leadership development, coaching, training and change management.  Dawn’s corporate and consulting work includes facilitating leadership development programs and coaching to leaders at all levels.

In addition to providing individual coaching, Dawn facilitates coaching training, debriefs 360 assessments, and has led efforts to create and deliver multiple coaching initiatives for a multi-site management staff.  Coaching initiatives were consistently recognized for enhancing employee engagement and increasing customer satisfaction.

Dawn’s work history consists of director roles in management development, training, and project management for a multinational financial services organization, and in several progressive roles in team and department management.

Dawn’s educational experience includes a Masters in Human Resource Development from Xavier University and certifications in MBTI, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, Leadership Training and Consultative Sales and Service.
